Liebe Kollegen, Leider wurde der fuer gestern angekuendigte Austausch der Klimaanlage im Fileserverraum doch nicht durchgefuehrt. Daher werden von heute Abend, 18:30 bis zum 5. Januar, 8:30 die Fileserver ausgeschaltet sein. Im wiss-stud-Netz ist damit KEIN Rechenbetrieb moeglich Im wiss-staff-Netz ist kein Zugriff auf die /opt- und die /backup-Platten moeglich. Weiterhin wird in deiser Zeit KEIN BACKUP DURCHGEFUEHRT. Ich bitte um Entschuldigung, dass diese Meldung so kurzfristig kommt. Mit freundlichen Gruessen, Bram Metsch. Dear colleages, unfortunately the replacement of the air conditioning which was scheduled for yesterday was not carried out. Hence, as of tonight, 6.30pm, we have to shut down the fileservers until January 5th, 8.30am. In consequence, no computing resources will be available in the wiss-stud-network. In the wiss-staff-network, the /opt and /backup disks will not be available. Furthermore, NO BACKUP WILL BE RUN. Please apologize that this message is sent on short notice.
