(English version below) Liebe Studenten des P2E1/P4E1 Machine Learning Praktikums, hier ist eine kurze Email mit organisatorischen Informationen: 1) Um uns zu kontaktieren, verwenden Sie bitte immer die Email-Addresse mllab@ins.uni-bonn.de . Dort senden Sie bitte auch Ihre Lösungen zu den Arbeitsblättern ein. 2) Die Webseite zum Praktikum finden Sie hier: https://ins.uni-bonn.de/teachings/ws-2018-212-p4e1-p2e1-practical-lab-nu/ . Dort finden Sie auch die Einführungsslides. Das Passwort zu den Slides und sämtlichem passwort-geschützten Inhalt, der dort während des Praktikums erscheinen wird ist "ws1819mllab". 3) Das Helpdesk Tutorium, bei welchem Sie bei Bedarf vorbeikommen können falls Sie konkrete Programmierhilfe benötigen findet mittwochs nach dem Praktikumstermin statt von 16 - 18 Uhr im Praktikumsraum. Dies wird auch der Timeslot sein an dem ab dem zweiten Übungszettel einzelne Gruppendiskussionen zu Ihren Abgaben stattfinden werden. 4) Bitte registrieren Sie sich selbst unbedingt in Bonn Basis für dieses Praktikum. Der letztmögliche Termin hierzu ist der 30. Oktober. Wenn Sie sich einmal registriert haben, können Sie sich nicht mehr vom Praktikum (und der Prüfung) abmelden! 5) Auf der Webseite finden Sie eine HowTo.txt Datei mit Anweisungen zur Installation der nötigen Software Pakete unter Linux. 6) Übungsblatt 1 finden Sie nun auf der Webseite. This will also be the time slot in which we will schedule individual group discussions after the second exercise sheet has been due. 4) As mentioned in the lecture: You will have to formally register for the module in basis yourself. Note that you have to do this until the 30th of October! Note also that you cannot unregister once you registered! 5) In case you are coding on your own laptop and have not yet installed the necessary python packages, please see the HowTo.txt file on the website. 6) Exercise sheet 1 can be found on the website and is due on October 30th.
