Hallo! Fuer alle Nutzer die Firefox oder Thunderbird von der /opt Platte nutzen gibt es jetzt eine neue Wahlmoeglichkeit: Mozilla bietet mit den sogenannten ESR (Extended Support Release) Versionen jetzt wieder laenger gepflegte Versionen an. Wer also gerne stabile Software nutzt, in der sich nicht alle 6 Wochen viel aendert kann "/opt/bin/firefox-esr" bzw. "/opt/bin/thunderbird-esr" verwenden. Die heute neue 10er Version ist ein ESR Release, das naechste ESR-Release wird erst die 17er Version sein. Bis dahin bekommt die ESR-Version nur Sicherheitsupdates, aber keine neuen Funktionen.
