Dear colleagues, today is the day we all have to unplug our Computers. For this reason, also today, we will send the list with everyone's room number so that you can finalize the packing process. * Once you received the number of your future room, you have to label all boxes that shall be hauled over to your new office with that number. * Every personal item/stuff that you need at hand during the shut-down you have to take with you. * Everything thats not in a box will be disposed of *after* the move. You will still have the chance to collect items you forgot but should not be thrown away. * Remember to unplug and prepare your workstation latest this evening or before you leave your office When you are ready to leave your office for good, come to Johannes Rentrop to exchange your old key with a new transponder. Then, for the rest of the week you can use the prepared room in the building, as described in Ralph's mail. Also later today there will be an e-mail that explains how to generally behave during the next weeks while the move is under way and the institute shut down. The list with the room numbers will be send shortly.
